We collect Personal Information from our Website users, clients and customers only when it is voluntarily provided to us. Any personal information collected by us online and offline, including e-Newsletter subscriptions, email subscriptions, Contact form, job inquiries/applications, Social Media ads, sweepstakes, lead generation forms and any other online and offline inquiries, is collected and stored in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

The personal information we collect on behalf of our advertiser clients through our advertising services are not part of our database and we do not store, share or use this information for TAC business. The Privacy Policies of our Clients may be significantly different from this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of our clients and other sites they may be connected to and cannot guarantee the security of any of your Personal Information collected there.

3rd Party Data Managing Platforms
We offer an e-newsletter and email subscription where you can get information about our blog articles, online marketing ideas/news, promotions, events, and surveys. If you become a client and/or subscriber of The Aurora Creatives, we will retain the right to email you. You can subscribe to these emails and you can manage your email preferences. Our emails are hosted on MailChimp and subsequently, all personal information is stored on our Website as well as MailChimp. The MailChimp Privacy Policy may vary from our policy and we encourage you to regard it as separate, as we are not responsible for their terms.

We may also use tracking and analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook pixels and other tools to monitor the accumulative data collected on the Website and our Social Media pages and other online or offline marketing initiatives. We recommend you familiarise yourself with their policies as we will not be liable for any of their policies, terms, and conditions.
